Chef/Owner

Born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, Josh is deeply rooted in the South. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the esteemed Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina.

Josh has extensive experience in the kitchens of award winning restaurants and catering halls all over the South East. He brings a very classical French technique to his cuisine, mixed with a low country approach.

Whether it is a Low Country Boil, Oyster Roast, or a coursed-out tasting menu, you can be sure that Josh Thomas will deliver and perform well beyond the average caterer.
