Rainy Day Wedding Cake Protection

Battled some heavy rain this weekend during a gorgeous wedding on Turner’s Rock.  Not to worry though, we escorted the wedding cake to the bride and groom’s table with care.

Menu:

 Passed hors d’ oeuvres:

Crab Cakes w/lemon aioli

Deviled Quail Eggs w/crème friache, smoked paprika oil

Prosciutto Wrapped Melon w/honey yogurt, mint syrup

Boursin Stuffed Strawberries w/red wine redux

Marinated Stuffed Mushrooms w/aged balsamic and bordo reduction

Chilled Local Cocktail Shrimp

Pan Roasted Chicken w/apple mint relish

 

Prime Rib w/au jus reduction and creamy horseradish

 

Potato Gratin

Char Grilled Asparagus

Squash & Red Pepper Medley

 

Salad of Mixed Greens w/homemade ranch and balsamic dressings
