We will help the bride and groom realize the taste, style and theme for their wedding. Most of this information gathering will be done  via phone and email.

Establish the type of food service:

  • Heavy hors d’oeuvres, passed appetizers and/or stations
  • Buffet style or seated dinner
  • Other suggestions

Design a Sample Menu:

  • Based on budget and venue

Reserve a Tasting Date:

  •  $100 non-refundable tasting fee, and signed contact information form, to secure a specific date

Reserve an Event Date:

  • $1,000 non-refundable retainer fee and a signed contract to book JTHOMAS services and reserve your event date. (to be applied to your overall balance)

Payment:

  • 50% deposit required sixty days prior to the event date
  • Balance due two weeks prior to the event
  • A final head count is required two weeks prior to the event.

Throughout the planning stages, JThomas Catering will work with the couple and their wedding planner to assist in any way we can.

We are available by appointment to meet at the venue to answer questions related to the food service.
